Ibb-Saba:
An expanded meeting was held in the Directorate of Al-Udayn Branch in Ibb Governorate, chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development, Ammar Al-Hareb, to discuss ways and development plans to enhance the societal role in implementing initiatives and improving the agricultural and service sector.
The meeting, which was attended by a number of officials, focused on the role of Al-Udayn Branch Cooperative Society in activating community participation and supporting agricultural development, and reviewed the implemented community projects and their impact on alleviating the suffering of citizens, while praising the support of the Emergency Intervention Unit in providing cement and diesel for the success of the initiatives.
The Undersecretary stressed the importance of forming the Agricultural Cooperative Society in the directorate, pointing to the interest of the Government of Change and Construction in this aspect, while the Undersecretary of the Governorate stressed the readiness of the local authority to overcome obstacles to the establishment of cooperative societies and support community efforts.
For his part, the director of the directorate explained that work is underway to announce the association and ensure its effectiveness, praising the community's response in implementing development initiatives.
The officials also visited Al-Wazirah Rural Hospital, where they listened to an explanation from the Director of the Health Office in the Directorate about the capabilities of the hospital and the services it provides to citizens, and the most prominent challenges it faces, noting that the reopening of the hospital after years of suspension represents a major achievement in improving health services in the region.
