Ljubljana - Saba:
The Slovenian Foreign Ministry confirmed that the Israeli occupation's decision to prevent the entry of humanitarian aid to Gaza is a clear violation of international law.
In a statement, today, Tuesday, it expressed its concern about the decision to completely prevent humanitarian aid from reaching Gaza, which could lead to a humanitarian disaster that severely affects the civilian population already suffering from the conflict.
It stressed that such measures constitute a clear violation of international law, especially international humanitarian law and human rights law, and the need to provide safe and unhindered access for humanitarian organizations to the people of Gaza, who are in dire need of assistance, indicating support for all diplomatic efforts to achieve a permanent ceasefire, which would enable the release of all hostages and the start of the reconstruction of Gaza.
