Sana'a - Saba:
A meeting in Sana'a province discussed on Wednesday aspects related to the merger process for a number of ministry offices that were included in the merger, as part of the tasks of the Supreme Committee for the implementation of the merger process and the modernization of the organizational structures of public service units.
The meeting, which included First Deputy Governor Hamid Assem, Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development Abdullah Haidar, Communications Taha Zabara, Governor Mohammed Jamil, members of the Sectoral Committee for Consolidation, and directors of relevant executive offices in the province, reviewed the survey model for sectoral committees about the offices and branches of ministries in the provinces.
During the meeting, the first deputy governor emphasized the importance of preserving the documents of the offices that will undergo the merger process. He urged to cooperate with the committee and provide it with all the data it needs.
The Undersecretary of the Civil Service and Administrative Development Ministry pointed out that the merger committee is keen to reach each office in order to obtain sufficient information about the bylaws and structure of the offices and the nature of their work, and to study them in order to achieve the real feasibility of the merger process.
