Saraya al-Quds - Nablus Battalion in the occupied West Bank announced today, Monday, that it had fought fierce battles with the enemy forces storming the fighting fronts in the old city and the eastern market in the city.
Saraya al-Quds said in a statement: "Our fighters, along with their brothers, were able to fight fierce battles with the enemy forces storming the fighting fronts in the old city and the eastern market."
It added: "We were able to shower the enemy forces and military vehicles with heavy volleys of direct bullets, achieving confirmed injuries.
The enemy forces stormed several areas in the city of Nablus, amid heavy firing of gas and sound bombs, which led to a number of citizens suffocating.
The town is witnessing repeated daily raids by the enemy forces, in which they fire bullets, gas and sound bombs continuously.
