The Health and Environment Office in Taiz province supplied eight hospitals with medicines and medical supplies in the province's districts, at a cost of seven million and 172 thousand riyals.
The director of the Health and Environment Office in the province, Dr. Abdulmalik Al-Mutawakel, explained that the distribution included Al-Nasr Shamir rural hospitals, Al-Barh rural hospital in Muqbana, Al-Wahda mother and child unit in Salah district, Al-Rahda general in Khudair, Al-Salam Balnajdin in Shir'ab Al-Salam district, Al-Huria rural in Shir'ab Al-Runah district, Damma Ahkum rural and Hifan rural, which contributes to improving health services for citizens and alleviating the suffering of patients who are unable to provide the value of the medicine.
He praised the efforts of the Ministry of Health and Environment and the local authority in the province in providing continuous support to the health sector in the province aimed at improving the level of health services and overcoming the challenges imposed by the aggression on the health sector.
