Sana'a - Saba:

The General Authority for Endowments' office in the capital Sana'a has reported substantial achievements in the first half of 1446 AH (2025 AD), focusing on endowment project implementation, service development, infrastructure improvement, and the recovery of usurped endowment lands.

The office highlighted improved performance indicators, developed collection mechanisms, updated contracts, strengthened financial oversight, and ensured endowment resource sustainability, contributing to future plan implementation.

Land Recovery and Protection:

742 decimal bricks (337,125 square meters) of usurped endowment lands recovered.
37 judicial rulings issued in favor of endowments.
332 endowment cases pending in courts and public prosecution being actively pursued.
115 reports of endowment property attacks addressed.
5 illegal constructions removed.
53 encroachment cases detected and resolved with security agencies.
Endowment Projects and Services:

17 maintenance and restoration projects implemented, totaling 24.599 million Y.R.
229.751 million Y.R invested in mosque services, including electricity, water, solar energy, cleaning, furnishing, and administrative expenses.

8 projects implemented to modernize technical infrastructure and automate work, including network connectivity and electronic system development.
Implementation of the electronic cushion system for the Bab Al-Yemen portal.
Field survey documenting 49,660 decimal bricks using GPS and aerial photography.
275 new usufruct contracts documented and 601 renewed.
Modernization and Automation:

Introduction of modern electronic systems for contract and revenue management, and endowment data analysis.
Comprehensive field survey to inventory and document endowment assets.

Office Director Walid al-Alawi emphasized the office's commitment to protecting endowment properties, increasing revenues, enhancing digital transformation, and improving services.

He noted the implementation of cemetery rehabilitation projects and the launch of advanced electronic systems for efficient transaction processing and communication with beneficiaries.

Al-Alawi highlighted the ongoing maintenance and restoration of mosques and endowment buildings, including improvements to lighting, sound systems, and sustainable energy sources.

He affirmed the office's dedication to implementing development plans that maximize the role of endowments in serving the community and achieving comprehensive development.
