Ramallah – Saba:
Settlers began plowing land in the town of Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, on Friday.
Local sources told the Palestinian Safa News Agency that settlers unloaded a tractor on land owned by residents of Sinjil in the Ma'arashiya Plain area, to the north, and began plowing it, indicating their intention to seize it.
The sources added that the landowners have been prohibited from accessing the land since October 7, 2023, after the Israeli occupation authorities declared it a military zone. The land is only 200 meters away from residents' homes.
According to sources, the area of agricultural land north of Sinjil is estimated at 8,000 dunams, which the town's residents are prevented from entering or accessing under military pretexts.
