Commander of the IRGC Major General Hossein Salami said on Saturday that the support fronts in Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq "have held firm and continued their support for the Palestinian people against the evil front."
He added: "The Zionist enemy has stopped on the Lebanese front, the Palestinian resistance is still fighting, and Yemen is still steadfast despite the ongoing US bombing, indicating that the occupation is in a dead end."
Major General Hossein Salami emphasized, during a meeting of directors and commanders at the IRGC's General Command Headquarters, that "we will not be the ones to start a war, but we are prepared for any kind of war." He said: "We have learned the formulas for defeating the enemy, and we will not retreat a single step from it."
He added, "The enemy's intention was to force Muslims to surrender and write a history of humiliation for the mujahideen and believers in the path of God."
He emphasized that "Iran knows how to defeat the enemy and will not take even a step back." He added, "We will not fear the enemy's threats or war, and we are ready to confront military aggression or psychological warfare."
He pointed out that his country "has accumulated capabilities and is ready to demonstrate them," adding, "We know the enemy's weaknesses, and all of them are within our range. We possess the capabilities sufficient to target and defeat it despite comprehensive American support."
Salami explained that "the enemy's policy is based on miscalculations, as it tries to force us to confront or submit to its conditions. However, we are the champions of jihad and are ready for major battles and to defeat the enemy."
Salami said that last year "was full of challenges, as all the forces of evil lined up against the rightful." He noted that the resistance of the people of Gaza in a besieged area under a policy of starvation "created a historical legend and demonstrated the power of faith." In the face of modern capabilities and equipment."
Salami added, "Today we are facing a frustrated enemy that cannot overcome a people without weapons and whose losses are accumulating." He added, "Israel has lost its political and economic stability, and if the United States abandons it, it will collapse immediately."
He emphasized that Operation True Promise was carried out and that the enemy's response was very mild, emphasizing, "This, of course, was not the end of the story, but rather the beginning."
