Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi discussed, during a phone call on Sunday with his Kuwaiti counterpart, Abdullah Al-Yahya, the latest regional and international developments, as well as the indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States held in the Sultanate of Oman.

According to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency, Araqchi expressed his gratitude for Kuwait's supportive stance during the call and presented the Islamic Republic of Iran's vision regarding these negotiations, hosted by Muscat.

Referring to the statement issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcoming the results of the Muscat negotiations, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister expressed his hope that these negotiations would reach the desired outcome.
