Tehran - Saba:
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi affirmed on Wednesday that "enrichment in Iran is a reality and a fact," expressing Iran's readiness to build trust in the face of potential concerns, but the principle of enrichment is non-negotiable.
Iran's Tasnim News Agency quoted Araghchi as saying, in response to some US statements regarding Iran's right to enrich uranium: "Iran's enrichment is a real and established fact, and we are ready to build trust in the face of any potential concerns, but the principle of enrichment itself is non-negotiable."
Araghchi stressed that "nothing is achieved under pressure, and if negotiations are based on mutual respect, they can succeed."
Araghchi added: "We have proven this in practice and in our positions, and we continue our work with complete calm and without being affected by any pressure."
