The Works and Projects Sector and the Maeen Directorate in the Capital Secretariat handed over the site of the restoration and rehabilitation project of Al-Qumayah School in Al-Sunaina neighborhood to the implementing party on Wednesday, at a cost of 27 million and 529 thousand riyals.
The project includes rehabilitating , restoring the school and paving the school yard, at a cost of 27 million and 529 thousand riyals, funded by the local council in the Capital Secretariat.
In a related context, the Undersecretaries of the Capital Secretariat and the directors of the Maeen and Control Directorate in the Works Sector, Engineer Musa Al-Mansouri, and Deputy Director of Central Projects, Mouin Al-Moumari, reviewed the progress of the implementation of the road construction and survey project linking Asr and Al-Sunaina fluctuations.
They inspected the work carried out by the Public Works Department in the Secretariat's Public Works Office on the 700-meter-long street as part of the project, which cost 50 million riyals, funded by the Local Council in the Capital Secretariat.
The Undersecretary of the Secretariat's Works Sector emphasized that the projects of opening, constructing, repairing , rehabilitating streets , schools, implementing surface bridges, traps and drainage channels are part of the priorities of the service and development projects implemented by the Capital Secretariat and the Projects and Works Sector.
