Sana’a - Saba:
An expanded meeting chaired by Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukaiti, President of Sana’a University, discussed the level of administrative performance and mechanisms for its development to achieve the university’s desired successes.
The meeting, attended by the university’s vice presidents for academic affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muta’a, and for student affairs, Dr. Mohammed Shukri, as well as the assistants for scientific and research centers, Dr. Zaid Al-Warith, and for media affairs, Adel Al-Hababi, along with the university’s secretary-general, Iskander Al-Maqalih, addressed the challenges facing workflow and aspirations to enhance modern administrative methods.
The meeting, which included the general secretariat, directors-general, college secretaries, center officials, college registrars, and financial managers, saw the university president commend the developmental efforts made by the previous university leadership, along with the academic and administrative staff over the past years. These efforts have strengthened the university’s standing and its academic, educational, and administrative reputation at both the national and international levels.
He emphasized the importance of upholding a spirit of national responsibility to achieve excellence and maintain the university’s position as Yemen’s leading institution, given its expertise, programs, and services provided to society.
Dr. Al-Bukaiti stressed the necessity of delivering distinguished administrative services across colleges, centers, and all university facilities. This should reflect on providing an improved educational environment with high-quality standards by focusing on modernizing classrooms, their equipment, and all requirements for the educational and research processes.
He also highlighted achievements in improving the financial conditions of the university’s staff , the importance of building on this progress, striving to enhance resources, ensuring expenditures are directed toward development, modernization, and the delivery of high-quality educational services.
