Bethlehem - Saba:
Zionist enemy forces demolished a residential building in the town of Za'tara, east of Bethlehem, on Thursday.
Za'tara Municipality Director Taher Mohsen told the Palestinian News Agency that an Israeli army force stormed the town and took up positions in the Sulaibiya area to the east. They demolished a three-story residential building, each measuring 150 square meters, owned by Mohammed Bakirat.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the Zionist enemy authorities carried out 58 demolitions last month, concentrated in the Tulkarm Governorate with 13 demolitions, the Quds Governorate with 8 demolitions, the Nablus Governorate with 7 demolitions, and the Jenin Governorate with 7 demolitions.
The Commission noted that the demolition operations carried out by the Zionist enemy aim to restrict Palestinian construction and natural growth in Palestinian villages and towns under the pretext of lacking permits, in an attempt to displace Palestinians and isolate them in narrow cantons and enclaves.
