Sana'a - Saba:

Minister of Justice and Human Rights Judge Mujahid Abdullah and Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources Dr. Radwan al-Rubai on Sunday held a meeting to advance preparations for launching a Specialized Court and Prosecution Office for Agricultural Cases.

The initiative aims to enhance legal protection for the agricultural sector and address crimes impacting food and water security.

Discussions focused on finalizing logistical and personnel arrangements, including training technical staff to ensure the court functions efficiently.

The court is expected to tackle issues such as environmental violations, illegal well drilling, water encroachment, banned pesticides, and seed smuggling, reflecting the government’s commitment to safeguarding natural resources and supporting sustainable agriculture.
