Gaza – SABA:
The Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees in Palestine, announced Thursday that they had shelled a gathering of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles west of Khan Younis.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the brigades said:
“We targeted a concentration of enemy soldiers and vehicles in the vicinity of Al-Arnab Street, near the Al-Katiba area west of Khan Younis, using standard 60mm mortar shells.”
This strike comes as part of ongoing responses by Palestinian factions to what they describe as the genocidal assault being carried out by the Israeli occupation forces in Gaza — backed by the United States — since October 7, 2023. The aggression has included killings, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, in defiance of international appeals and rulings by the International Court of Justice.
