The people of Taiz Governorate gathered on Friday in 67 massive marches under the slogan "Solidarity with Gaza... Our Marches Continue, Our Operations Escalate," reaffirming their steadfast stance with Gaza and their commitment to escalating operations against the criminal Zionist enemy.
Participants in the marches, which took place in the governorate’s center and districts, raised the Yemeni and Palestinian flags and carried banners expressing their continued solidarity with the Palestinian people. The rallies were attended by members of the Shura Council, local, military, and security leaders, as well as social figures.
The people of Taiz praised the qualitative military operations carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces against the criminal Zionist enemy, emphasizing that the Yemeni people will not abandon their Palestinian brothers in the face of Zionist-Western-American aggression.
They reiterated Yemen’s unwavering position in support of the resistance and the Palestinian people in Gaza and all of Palestine, granting absolute authority to the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdulmalik Badruddin al-Houthi, to take all appropriate measures in backing the Palestinian people and their brave resistance until the demise of the temporary Zionist entity.
A statement issued by the marches highlighted that these massive rallies are a response to the call of God, a form of jihad in His path, and support for the oppressed Palestinian people. They also serve as a continuation of the struggle against Zionist tyranny, which has committed unprecedented atrocities for 21 months in full view of the world.
The statement commended the escalating operations of the Palestinian resistance and the Yemeni Armed Forces deep inside the Zionist enemy’s territory, including recent naval operations. It emphasized that this escalation has shattered the enemy’s remaining hopes of breaching Yemen’s successful naval blockade and breaking the siege on its ports.
While the Zionist enemy continues its crimes of killing, blockade, starvation, and thirst against the people of Gaza, it has been met with strong, resounding, and deterring blows witnessed by the entire world. The statement praised the Yemeni Armed Forces' strong and unprecedented response to the recent Zionist aggression against the Yemeni people.
The statement added, "As we follow the powerful operations of the mujahideen in Gaza in recent days—inflicting heavy losses on the enemy with deadly ambushes—we also remember the suffering of the resistance fighters and all Gazans under brutal massacres, starvation, thirst, and siege. This only strengthens our resolve and certainty that the enemy’s defeat is inevitable, no matter its capabilities. As God has told us, the enemy is weak and cowardly, no matter how much brutality it displays. The fruits of patience, action, and trust in God will surely belong to the steadfast believers, and the criminal enemy will face defeat."
The statement assured the wise leadership, the Armed Forces, and the mujahideen in Gaza that "the Yemeni people will not retreat, tire, or abandon this stance, no matter the hardships. We will remain patient in the path of God, confident that patience, steadfastness, and trust in Him are the only path to the promised victory and imminent relief."
