Nidaa al-Karama Center for Rights and Development strongly condemned on Friday the killing of five children and the injury of others in Taiz province's al-Arsoum area, following indiscriminate shelling by Islah Party-affiliated militia.
In a statement, the center described the attack on the densely populated al-Hashmah neighborhood as a blatant violation of human rights and child protection laws.
The statement urged international organizations to denounce the crime and hold perpetrators accountable, warning that silence would only encourage further violence against civilians.
