A Palestinian citizen was injured by Israeli enemy forces early Monday near the apartheid and annexation wall in the town of Al-Ram, north of Quds.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), security sources reported that enemy soldiers opened fire at Mohammad Wael Zaki Taha, from the town of Biddya, while he was near the wall in Al-Ram, wounding him in the foot. He was transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.
In a related development, Israeli enemy forces assaulted a young man and stole money and gold jewelry during a raid on the town of Ya'bad in Jenin Governorate early Monday.
Local sources said the enemy forces stormed the town, stopped and searched Mutaz Mahmoud Abu Bakr as he passed through the street, assaulted him, and stole 5,000 shekels from him.
The same sources added that the enemy forces raided several homes in the town, stealing 3,500 shekels from the home of citizen Mahmoud Fadel Zaid Al-Kilani, 1,000 shekels from the home of his sister Basma Al-Kilani, and gold jewelry worth 2,000 Jordanian dinars.
