Gaza - Saba:
The Government Media Office in Gaza accused the "Israeli" enemy and the American institution, under the cover of the "GHF," of committing a horrific massacre against the starving people, which left 21 martyrs.
The office said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) on Wednesday, "We are following with shock and extreme anger the false and misleading statement issued by the criminal organization called the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation - GHF," which attempts in vain to evade responsibility for one of the most heinous organized massacres perpetrated against the starving people of the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the genocide. This massacre claimed the lives of 21 people this morning, including 15 by suffocation and six by direct gunfire with intent to kill. A large number of others were injured, in clear and damning circumstances and facts that reveal the extent of the crime."
The statement added, "We assure local and international public opinion that this organization is not a humanitarian organization and does not adhere to any professional or ethical standards for relief work. Rather, it is a dangerous security and intelligence tool designed to serve the agendas of the "Israeli" enemy and managed in a murderous manner. Its practices represent a model of mass death traps under the false cover of humanitarian work."
The statement revealed that this organization invited hundreds of thousands of citizens to receive aid through a center it called SDS3 in the southern Gaza Strip. It then proceeded to close the iron gates after gathering thousands of starving people in narrow iron passageways deliberately designed to suffocate them.
It added that employees of the criminal organization and Israeli soldiers sprayed pepper gas and opened direct fire on the starving people who responded to their call for "aid," leading to mass suffocation and the immediate death of a large number of people at the crime scene. Dozens more were injured as a result of the stampede in a closed space with no exit, designed to kill.
The statement added that the testimonies of 14 eyewitnesses who were present at the scene confirm the consistent account of the crime committed against the starving people at the crime scene.
The Government Media Office had previously published documented evidence of members of the American criminal organization directly shooting the starving people, and video footage documenting these bloody incidents had previously been published.
The Office added that the criminal American institution's attempt to pin the crime on innocent people or Palestinian factions is blatant and unacceptable behavior, aimed solely at evading legal, moral, and humanitarian responsibility for a fully-fledged crime.
The statement warned that this is not the first incident. The number of martyrs killed by this institution to date has reached more than 870, with more than 5,700 injured and 46 missing. This is a result of its deadly method of operation, designed to kill, making it an effective partner in the policy of genocide and starvation led by the occupation against our Palestinian people.
The Office said this organization completely lacks the basic principles of humanitarian work, most notably (neutrality, independence, transparency, humanity, as well as the professional capacity to provide safe and continuous assistance).
In fact, it closes its centers for days and weeks without warning or alternative, in light of the closure of crossings and the prevention of the entry of aid. It refuses to bear the slightest responsibility, and insists on operating with a military, security, and intelligence mentality directed at subjugating, humiliating, and starving people, not saving them.
The Office condemned in the strongest terms this heinous crime committed in one of the death trap centers in the southern Gaza Strip. We hold the aforementioned organization fully responsible for this massacre, along with the "Israeli" enemy and their supporters.
The Office held the "Israeli" enemy, the American company, and their supporting donors fully legally, morally, and criminally responsible for every drop of blood shed as a result of the so-called "aid distribution" operations.
The Office called on the international community, the Security Council, international human rights and legal organizations, and UN institutions to immediately halt the work of this entity, conduct an independent and transparent investigation into all crimes in which it was involved, and prevent it from continuing to tamper with the lives and souls of civilians.
The Office stated that it "reserves the full right to pursue legal and human rights prosecutions against this organization and all those who collude with it, who have begun to orchestrate death and killing against the starving Palestinian people. We reject all attempts to cover up these repeated crimes in the name of relief."
