Bayda - Saba:
Bayda governor Abdullah Idris launched a campaign on Monday to plant fruit trees along the main street of the city.
The campaign aims to plant 600 fruit and ornamental trees in key streets of Bayda, Rada’a, and al-Sawadiyah, according to Cleanliness and Improvement Fund Executive Director Mohammed Jamal. The trees include fig, mulberry, and pomegranate varieties.
Governor Idris emphasized the importance of utilizing the rainy season to boost greenery and expand tree planting efforts, encouraging community participation to enhance the urban environment and beautify public spaces.
