Sana'a - Saba:
A training course on public responsibility and national affairs management began on Saturday at the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, as part of the training program based on the lectures of the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi, derived from the teachings, sermons, and wisdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
The five-day course, organized by the Ministry of Oil in coordination with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support, aims to provide 220 leaders and employees of the ministry and its affiliated units with knowledge on the values of responsibility and commitment to performing tasks in service of the public interest. It also seeks to enhance leadership and administrative awareness within the framework of institutional work.
During the opening session—attended by the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, his deputy Mohammed Al-Najjar, and the head of the National Center for Capacity Building, Dr. Yahya Al-Mahqari—the course supervisors emphasized the importance of participants benefiting from the intellectual and ethical guidance included in the training content to improve institutional performance and enhance administrative and technical efficiency in the ministry and its units.
They noted that the course aligns with the Ministry of Oil and Minerals' efforts to build the capabilities of its personnel and strengthen awareness of national responsibilities, in line with the requirements of the current phase and the goals of comprehensive development.
