SANAA, Nov. 18 (Saba) - Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the United States signed an agreement on Sunday to connect electricity to 70 percent of Papua New Guinea by 2030.

According to the media, the power grid development agreement was signed at the APEC summit in APEC summit in Port Moresby.

"Electricity increases the living standards of communities in remote cities, towns and villages," states said in a joint statement.
