TAIZ, Sep. 2 (Saba) - The General Organization Branch for Slaughterhouses and Meat Markets in Taiz province on Wednesday seized large quantities of rotten meat in the field descent to control the meat markets.
The director of the foundation's branch Fouad Antar explained to Saba that the rotten meat seized by veterinary teams during their field landing to monitor the markets and ensure the level of compliance with health requirements has been destroyed and take legal action against violators.
Antar pointed out the continuing tasks of monitoring meat markets and conducting inspection of health and livestock before and after slaughter to preserve the health of the community, calling on citizens to cooperate and report violators.
