SANA'A February 18. 2023 (Saba) - The revolution leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, confirmed that the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein bin Badr al-Din al-Houthi may God be pleased with him, moved in one of the most dangerous stages for the nation of Islam with all its peoples and various countries.
In his speech on Friday on the anniversary of the martyr leader, the leader of the revolution said, "The advantage of the faith stance in the face of challenges and dangers is steadfastness based on trust in God Almighty, trust in Him, awareness, insight, and serious practical action based on that," adding, "And so was the movement of the martyr of the Quran."
He pointed out that the martyr leader moved "at a time when the American, Israeli and Western attack entered a new phase, more dangerous than its predecessors, under multiple titles and artificial pretexts, foremost of which is the title of combating terrorism, and they are its creators, and in a situation where the Arab regimes are no longer in a position to protect their people from danger, but most of them are in Obedience and implementation of the enemies’ plans amidst a state of fear, confusion, and lack of vision among peoples, and a comprehensive targeting of the nation in the political, cultural, educational, economic, military, and security fields, and at the level of religious discourse as well.”
He added, "If we go back to remember the titles with which the enemies moved, we realize the importance and greatness of the Qur'anic project, the greatness of the great giving of the martyr of the Qur'an, and the blessed fruit of his great efforts, that fruit that continued despite the size of the challenges and the fierce attack of the enemies on the nation."
The leader of the revolution touched on the enemies targeting the nation at the cultural and intellectual level in its belief and religious affiliation, which is the most dangerous form of targeting, indicating that misleading and corruption are the title that the Holy Qur’an spoke about and drew the nation’s attention to the nature of the movement of the enemies of religion and targeting the nation through it.
He stated that within the framework of the enemies’ attack on the Islamic nation, whose real goals were revealed in the first war, they targeted the curricula, whether primary, secondary, or university, and focused on everything that includes raising the nation’s awareness of the danger of the enemies, or mobilizing it, or talking about jihad for the sake of God, according to the correct Quranic concepts, or exposing the enemies. And what they did to the nation throughout history, whether contemporary or before that.
Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi affirmed that "the enemies were keen to falsify the school curricula and worked to include this in its content and at the level of cultural concepts and the view of history and view, even the enemies were keen to control that and influence the people of the nation."
"Also, with regard to the Palestinian cause, they worked to exclude it largely from the curricula in most Arab and Islamic countries, and they were keen to exclude what builds the nation, advances it, and raises the level of its reality, which is remarkable and in which they achieved successes," he added.
He pointed out that the enemies "worked and are still working to question the divine religion and the Holy Qur'an and abuse the religious message and the belief system under the title of freedom of expression and call for atheism and abandoning the divine religion through systematic plans and mechanisms and they work continuously through their mouthpieces and pens that serve them and seek to strike Islamic sanctities in the hearts of Muslims and tame The nation is indifferent to any offense to its sanctities, and at the forefront of that is the Noble Qur’an.
And the leader of the revolution stated that the enemies "worked on the Western cultural invasion of what America calls imperial values that contradict reality and conservative Islamic values, and they were keen to present them as advancing civilization and progress, and they used all means and cultural channels, newspapers, websites, and other means, and the goal is to occupy thoughts and hearts and control people until In his religion, thought, and concepts until they form a false content that makes him domesticate them, takes care of them, obeys them, and is convinced of all their orientations and directives, and this is a dangerous method of colonialism and human control.
He said, "The enemies promote criminal practices, moral corruption, and the commission of forbidden abominations, including spreading adultery and the so-called homosexuality, which they widely promote and support even at the level of laws and by pressuring countries to adopt them, including Arab and Islamic countries, which are among the worst crimes against humans."
He stated that the enemies, by spreading moral crimes, want to desecrate human society and take pride, dignity, noble values, and decent morals from it, which is a dangerous and demonic method to control societies by corrupting them and striking them in their morals.
The leader of the revolution pointed out that the enemies "are spreading, promoting and protecting non-Islamic calls, such as the so-called Baha'is, Abrahamic religions and others, as part of their method of misleading the nation and the Islamic society, deviating from it and directing it to apostate from the Islamic religion."
And he added, "They are pressuring the Arab and Islamic regimes to change the laws derived from Islamic law, including penalties that limit crimes. Their goal is to create an open environment for committing crimes without there being any obstacle or any obstacle that limits them, and they transform the Islamic environment into an environment that is spread with crimes."
He pointed out that the enemies question historical convictions, especially towards what is related to the Jews and their criminal history, and they publish studies and research that strike and destroy historical convictions and present an appropriate alternative to serve the American-Zionist project in the region, and they do so in a strange way, "explaining that this is the UAE's introduction of the Holocaust into its curricula."
And he indicated that the enemies are working to spread strife and rely on it to strike the unity of the nation and plunge it into internal conflicts, and to recruit agents within the framework of their continuous and intense targeting of the people of the nation at the cultural and intellectual level.
With regard to political targeting, the leader of the revolution explained that enemies occupy countries and control them, form puppet governments, subjugate people to them, and abuse all who oppose them, in addition to illegal interference in internal affairs, as their ambassadors in any Arab country deal as a first official who intervenes in all fields.
He pointed out that the enemies are also working to manufacture political crises and invest in them to plunge the Arab countries into crises and problems, depriving them of stability and preoccupying them with permanent conflict from any renaissance and construction, they also nurture, encourage, and promote divisions and disparities.
And he touched on the support of enemies for agents and traitors to implement their conspiracies from the position of decision and administration, and this is what harms the people, as they turn officials into workers to serve the Americans, Israelis and Western countries and implement their conspiracies against the peoples and focus on distraction and distancing the nation from any direction or action program to build it and its renaissance and help it to be strong. They also occupy the nation mentally, media and politically with marginal things, trivial disputes, problems and many details.
In terms of military and security targeting, the Leader of the Revolution said, "The enemies are embarking on a military attack, aggression, and invasion of Arab Muslim countries, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Palestine, and this is clear. With their attack and military invasion, they committed the most heinous crimes, killing thousands of the people of the nation, and worked to exterminate millions with diseases, epidemics, and starvation." and the use of lethal weapons.
And he indicated that the enemies are working to destabilize security and stability in Islamic countries by establishing criminal organizations, supporting them with money and weapons, protecting their movement and moving their leaders, and putting pressure on some regimes to facilitate their criminal operations, indicating that the nation suffered from heinous crimes committed by takfiris in various countries by targeting people in mosques, schools and hospitals. Markets and all their gatherings.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi focused on what the enemies of the nation are doing in terms of monopolizing the production and sale of weapons and related technologies, and harnessing them to support strife and wars while striving to besiege the peoples who work to possess this, and banning the entry of those weapons and equipment to any people they target, citing the Palestinian people and the difficulty of obtaining the weapons that they target. He stressed that the goal of the enemies is for the nation to be weak and feeble, and to create conviction in this among the political, academic and cultural elites in Arab and Islamic countries so that they imagine that it is not appropriate for any people to obtain these technologies.
He said, "The enemies are working to support the Zionist enemy, which represents a cancerous gland in the nation's body, protect it, ensure its military and technical superiority, fully siding with it and its violations against the Palestinians and the rest of the Arab and Islamic peoples, and providing protection from the Security Council, the United Nations, the Human Rights Council and others."
And he continued, "One of the biggest targeting is enabling the Zionist enemy to occupy Palestine and support it to make Palestine a home and a stable and a base for targeting the rest of the Arab countries and peoples. The Palestinian people are still experiencing great grievances and continuous targeting with all kinds of injustice, imprisonment, destruction of homes, and the occupation of lands and farms."
The leader of the revolution pointed out that the enemies "sow discord among the people of the region on sectarian, ethnic and sectarian backgrounds, and all of these titles are moving them and moving their mouthpieces to adopt them within the people, including Saudi Arabia and the Emirates."
He stressed that the Americans employ international organizations to strike the countries of the region under the cover of the United Nations and the Security Council, aggressive alliances that are all moving to target the nation, as the United Nations and the Security Council do not stand by the peoples of our nation and all their positions are biased in favor of the enemies.
He explained that America sows agents to destabilize the security and stability of countries, imposes military bases in our countries to directly control the situation in them, and forms alliances within countries through some puppet regimes and integrates the Zionist enemy entity into them to have direct influence in them.
He said, "The Americans use security companies and mobilize mercenaries and agents to kill Muslims and attack people in Iraq, Sudan, Yemen, and other countries, and carry out assassinations of prominent scholars in all important fields, and they also targeted thousands of scholars and academics who contribute to the nation's renaissance in the field of industrialization in Iran, Iraq and many countries."
He added, "They are working to rob the Arab and Islamic countries in general of their military power and to destroy their defensive and offensive weapons, as happened in Yemen, before the September 21 revolution, and they are working to employ the media to distort the countries that oppose them and in which jihad is moving and classify them as terrorism."
And he continued, "They work to strike and target liberation and renaissance projects in Islamic countries and target their leaders, as is their war against the free in Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Iran and the rest of the countries, while they support dictatorial and repressive regimes that commit the most heinous crimes against their people to ensure their subordination, including the embrace of the Gulf regimes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE."
He pointed to enemies targeting the economy, by spreading usury and adopting it as a policy in countries, controlling it and causing a great economic catastrophe for peoples, as they exert economic pressure on countries and deprive them of their important wealth and from benefiting from it and extracting it in the required manner.
He explained that the enemies are working through organizations to legitimize the economic war through many of the institutions that they establish and launch economic policies that result in high prices, damage to public services, and influence on the people of the nation, including the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and others.
And the leader of the revolution continued, "They were keen, through the dollar that they print without a cover, to control the wealth of peoples, control them, influence the economies of countries, impose an economic blockade, and punish any country that disobeys them, as they did with the Yemeni people, Syria and Iraq, collective punishment of peoples, complicating the living conditions of societies and starving them."
He stated that the enemies are working to keep the markets open for American and Zionist products, to dump countries even that respond to them with usurious loans and exploit them in what does not benefit them and their economy, and exploit and put pressure on them and impose destructive economic policies on them, and steal and loot mineral wealth directly or through their agents, and seize the money of our countries that It is subject to US sanctions in the name of freezing, including Yemen, where they froze a lot of funds for Islamic countries, pointing out that depositing money abroad is a great danger to people.
The leader of the revolution stressed that the enemies "are keen to keep the Arab peoples scattered, to control them and steal the goods and natural resources, strike the local currencies of countries, spread drugs and alcohol and promote them to make them available to the consumer and the consequent corruption of youth and loss of money and dependence on trade in taboos that destroy Nation.
He explained that the enemies are working to prevent the internal production of countries and to prevent self-sufficiency and striking agricultural production.
In the health field, according to Mr. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the enemies of the nation aim to spread diseases, pandemics, and new viruses to kill a larger number of people in order to reap billions and money. They also work to bring in unsafe vaccines and medicines, and use unhealthy technologies.
He pointed to the use of prohibited weapons in the aggression against Yemen and other countries, which affected the health of societies and caused deformation of fetuses and births. During the past eight years, genocide was committed using the most deadly and dangerous weapons to achieve their goals.
He said, "The biggest crimes of genocide in war, its victims number in the millions through starvation and economic blockade. They fabricate wars and work on them, and they are behind many of them and behind the criminal practices that take place. They seek to benefit their companies that sell weapons and get a lot of money to take the lives of innocent people and destroy societies."
He continued, "They are fighting us in Yemen so that we do not have our right to life, and they are the ones who practice humiliation in human dignity and commit rape and horrific crimes. Abu Ghraib prison and Guantanamo are the most heinous crimes committed by the Americans, the Zionists and the Westerners, and they talk about human rights in the American way by committing crimes in their prisons."
He went on, saying, "They talk about women's rights, and the Americans and the Zionists and their agents are the biggest killers of women in all the countries of the world that they targeted, i.e. women's rights, and their criminal record in killing millions of women in the world is enormous. They killed millions of women and children."
He explained, "Palestinian women are victims and suffer from the crimes of the Zionist enemy on a daily basis, and there is no talk about the rights of Palestinian women and the crimes committed by the enemy against them."
He asked, "How many women have been killed in Yemen? The American bombs that tore the bodies of women in Yemen, killed fetuses in mothers' wombs, and killed children while they were going to and in schools?" And what happened in Iraq is something strange. How many women were killed and raped? They committed murder, rape, oppression, crime and torture, and what happened during the stages of Western colonization of the peoples of our nation is a terrible thing of murder and crime?”
He noted that the enemies commit the highest rate of crimes against women, including beating, rape and humiliation at work. Women detainees in the world are a third of them in America, and the violations, assaults and rape of women are staggering, their statistics are terrible in this aspect.
The leader of the revolution stated that "one of the most prominent criminal practices of the enemies in countries, directly or through their agents, is rape of women. Painful stories occurred in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as human trafficking, especially women, as there is a slave market that differs from what it was in the past for sexual exploitation, prostitution, and so on.
And he indicated that "one of the most prominent forms of humiliation of women among Americans is their endeavor to corrupt women, their targeting of the family structure to dismantle it, and their beating of mothers' care for their children, as an essential building block of society."
He said, "Their targeting of all human and Islamic societies is a satanic, criminal, brutal, destructive targeting, as a result of which the nation will lose its religion, its world, its present and its future, it domesticates, enslaves, and pours its bounties on them, and they work for that with all brutality, not possessing an iota of human feelings.”
He continued, "They are heading brutally and criminally to target the nation in everything, in our religion, our belief, our freedom, our dignity, our independence, our security, and in all areas of our life, he continued, asking, "What should we do and what is the choice? The choice for some is to keep silent about all of this?""
He added, "In the face of the military and security attack on our economic and cultural reality, to kill us, occupy our countries, violate our honor, and steal our wealth. In front of the comprehensive targeting of us, some say we are silent and freeze and leave room for them to do whatever they want, and it is a choice that is not based on anything that supports it, neither the Holy Quran nor human nature." It is not based on wisdom and has no basis, but rather expresses a defeatist spirit. Can our silence be useful in the face of the attack against the nation towards those who carry criminal inclinations? Can our silence benefit us with anything?
He stressed, "The option of silence is surrender and enabling the enemies to carry out their plots, plans, and crimes against us without any hindrance, and nothing prevents them from doing so." Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi explained that the martyr leader, who is the martyr of the Qur’an, moved to change the pattern and method that prevailed in the reality of the nation.

We are silent in a situation like this, when will we speak?" .. He wondered, "Indeed, if we remain silent in this situation and in front of the comprehensive targeting of the enemies, when will we speak and act?"
He stated that the martyr leader presented a great project that moved on the basis of the Holy Qur’an, and said, “Our relationship with the Holy Qur’an as Muslims by virtue of our belonging to Islam is an argument, binding, light and insights. If a person moves on its basis, will he be blamed or criticized and considered wrong? We are the Islamic nation that belongs to the Holy Qur’an, which is its book.”
He pointed to the advantages of the Qur’anic project in controlling reception and protecting and immunizing on the cultural and intellectual levels, indicating that the Holy Qur’an protects the nation from a state of chaos and loss that may cause some people, especially from the means and means of communication produced by the enemy.
The leader of the revolution considered the Holy Qur’an an intellectual and cultural protection and fortification of the nation from penetration, which is the cause of its delusion and corruption, in addition to being the finest source of awareness and insight, as it is the first battle in the struggle with enemies and the requirements of confrontation with them.
He pointed out that the nation faces a problem of loyal and obedient to America and Israel, who have become a tool in their hands in spreading discord and destroying the nation from within.. indicating that loyalty has become a title for the alliance and other titles, and therefore the Qur’anic project presents a complete vision that we must realize its importance and evoke in every field and field.
And he stopped at the media field, which must be evoked in the reality of the conflict in which the enemies move with all their capabilities and plans, through extensive activities on social networking sites that are full of false propaganda, falsifying facts and false news.

He pointed out that the reality has proven that the Qur'anic project, whenever it is attacked, becomes stronger and more rooted, and it is present today in the Yemeni arena and at the level of the regional arena effectively.. stressing that this project befits the nation and the Yemeni people - a Yemen of faith and wisdom.
The leader of the revolution spoke about three important headlines, the first is related to the current stage in the country, which is going through aggression for the eighth year.
He said, "At this stage, with some calmness, there is some confusion among some, and their questioning about the status of the current stage, is it a state of war, peace, or Hudna, what is the reality of the negotiations?”
He added, "The current stage is a stage of war. What has subsided is some escalation of aviation on their part, missiles and drones on our part, and offensive operations on their part or ours. As for the situation, it is a state of continuous war. We are not now under a truce agreement, but there is a reduction in escalation under Omani mediation." .
He appreciated the efforts of the brothers in the Sultanate of Oman who improve the neighborhood and deal with the Yemeni people on the basis of the principle of good neighborliness, mediation leadership and intensive efforts to stop the aggression against Yemen "We seek to give them a sufficient opportunity to succeed in their endeavors, in light of a somewhat breakthrough in the entry of ships to the port of Hodeidah and the movement of the airport in Sana'a," he said.
He continued, "In every dialogue and negotiation, we always emphasize the humanitarian and livelihood file as a file that cannot be bartered, ignored or tolerated. We do not waste this priority for the sake of another priority, so when we give a certain time in favor of Omani efforts and mediation, it cannot continue indefinitely as long as the blockade continues."
And the leader of the revolution went on to say, "Among the efforts that we are doing during the current stage, in light of the breakthrough, we prevent the plundering of oil wealth, the marketing of Yemeni oil to foreign markets and theft of its price, and we succeeded, thanks to God, in preventing ships and steamships that come to load oil from the coasts of Shabwa and Hadramout, and were able to The missile force hit the oil tap in the port of Hadramout.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi warned the countries of aggression that the patience of the Yemeni people will run out if they do not initiate a serious and practical understanding in the humanitarian and living file, pointing out that it is unacceptable to deprive the Yemenis of their national wealth in entitlements related to salaries and public services.
He said, "Time may run out and we return to pressure options to obtain this right." He assured the Yemeni people that in any dialogue, we will not accept neglecting the people's achievements and gains in freedom, independence and dignity as red lines.
He added, "In any agreements or dialogues, the aggression must be stopped, the siege lifted, and the forces that occupied our country must be withdrawn, and the path for any dialogue or agreement should lead to preventing the interference of others in internal affairs."
And he stressed, "Our freedom is part of our religion and cannot be neglected, and if they want peace, then its path and goals are clear, and its key is the humanitarian file, and its goal is to stop aggression, lift the siege and occupation, leave our country alone and obtain its legitimate right to freedom and independence, and cleanse all of its lands from invasion."
The leader of the revolution directed the Yemeni people to warn and emphasize their continuous vigilance and continuous readiness against all possibilities that war and escalation may come at any moment and the consequences of escalation in terms of confrontation and pressure. He explained that the Yemeni people are in the position of defending their just cause to gain their freedom and independence and to defend themselves. .
He expressed regret over the recruitment of agents into the ranks of the enemies to fight the sons of their people and their homeland and kill in order to empower the foreign occupier of their country, stressing that the Yemeni people confront this by relying on God and trust in His victory and reassurance that the fruit of patience, sacrifice, steadfastness on principles, the right stance and the just cause is God's victory.
The leader of the revolution addressed the second topic related to the current situation in Palestine and the suffering of the Palestinian people from the escalation by the Zionist enemy, pointing out that in exchange for that there is sacrifice, courage and martyrdom operations that disturb the enemy, which is heading towards more attacks, settlements, land confiscation, torture of prisoners, and violations against sanctities and Al-Aqsa mosque.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi reaffirmed the Yemeni people's support for the Palestinian people, based on their positions of faith and support for the causes of their nation, and their readiness to stand in the face of their enemies and to come to intervene according to the requirements and events.
And he stopped at the scandal of the normalizers from the Saudi and Emirati regimes and Al Khalifa in Bahrain and Morocco, and the Arab countries that took over the Israeli enemy and printed with him are exposed in the face of all the developments taking place in Palestine .. stressing that they are in a state of disgrace and certain disgrace and a curse from God towards all the torments of the Palestinian people and the suffering of their children in Who cooperates with the Zionist enemy who commits the most heinous crimes against the Palestinian people.
He referred to the third and final title related to the devastating earthquake in southern Turkey and northern Syria, expressing pain and sadness over the earthquake and the suffering of the brothers in Syria and Turkey.
He denounced the siege on Syria by the arrogant forces of America and the Arab cooperation with it, which was weak, and their position is a scandal to them, and even the humanitarian aspect was not taken into account in the relief of the Syrian people in the face of the earthquake disaster.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi pointed out that the occurrence of the earthquake is a lesson and a sermon, which must be remembered by resorting to God and His mercy and the urgent need to take the reasons, the nation lack closeness to God, so that everyone can have the reasons for His care and beware of His wrath and torment.. stressing the need for everyone to carry out duties in deeds, words, actions and attitudes and to realize the position of responsibility before God.
