BEIRUT August 05. 2024 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah bombed a military headquarters in the Upper Galilee early on Monday morning with drones, confirming the death and injury of Zionist soldiers.
The Islamic Resistance fighters launched an air attack with a squadron of attack drones on the headquarters of the newly established 91st Division in the Zionist Elite Barracks, and inflicted a number of deaths and injuries among the enemy, the Lebanese Resistance said in a statement.
This attack comes amid Zionist anticipation of a broader response from the party to the assassination of the prominent leader Fouad Shukr a few days ago in the southern suburb of Beirut.
The Zionist enemy army acknowledged the injury of an officer and a soldier as a result of the recent shelling from Lebanese territory.
A drone exploded near a shelter in the Ayelet Hashahar area in the Upper Galilee, for its part, the enemy's army radio said.
According to the Zionist Channel 14, the recent bombing from southern Lebanon resulted in two injuries, one of them serious.
The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper also reported that fires broke out in various places in the Upper Galilee as a result of the air interception of several missiles launched from Lebanon.
This morning, sirens sounded in towns in the Western Galilee and around the city of Nahariya after missiles were detected being launched from Lebanon.
