GAZA August 23. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy army on Friday declared the death of one soldier and the injury of eight others in the battles of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

The enemy army said in a statement that the number of wounded rose to 4,357 soldiers and officers, including 2,232 during the ground operation in the Gaza Strip.

It added that 695 soldiers and officers have been killed since the beginning of the war, and 645 others have been seriously wounded, explaining that 185 officers and soldiers are still receiving treatment in hospitals, including 21 with serious injuries.

The Zionist enemy army late on Thursday said one soldier was killed in battles in the southern Gaza Strip.

"Sergeant Uri Ashkenazi Nakhimia (19) was killed in battles in the southern Gaza Strip," the army added in a statement.
