HODEIDA August 25. 2024 (Saba) - Hodeida province hosted a special morning poetry event on Sunday in honor of the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

The gathering featured notable Tihama poets including Hayell Azizi, Asad Basha, Younis Abu al-Haya, Abdulaziz Ajlan, Ayoub al-Hashash, Mohsen al-Hamshari, and Ali Maghribi, who performed poems celebrating the Prophet's life and message.

The event, attended by First province undersecretary Ahmed al-Bishri and province undersecretary Mohammed Halisi, highlighted the deep reverence and love Yemeni people hold for the Prophet Muhammad.

The poets’ works emphasized the significance of the Prophet's teachings, the enlightenment brought by Islam, and the importance of following his guidance.

The poems reflected on the Prophet’s role in guiding humanity and the historical impact of his message.

The celebration underscored the pride of the Yemeni people in their Islamic heritage and their commitment to the values and principles of Islam, reinforcing their dedication to building a compassionate and morally upright society.
