TAIZ - SABA: Various offices and entities in Taiz province, including the culture and tourism sector, Taiz airport administration, youth and sports, media, and civil service offices, organized a speech event on Monday to celebrate the Prophet's birthday.
Held at the Cultural Center, the event featured prominent speakers such as Islamic shcolar Radwan al-Muhaya from the Yemeni scholars association, who emphasized the significance of celebrating the Prophet's birthday in Yemen, a country revered by the Messenger of God.
Al-Muhaya highlighted the need to celebrate this occasion across various institutions to foster love for the Prophet and counter efforts by enemies to diminish its importance.
Islamic scholar Mohammed al-Mahdi and Sheikh Rajih al-Meqdad, a member of the Mobilization Committee, addressed concerns about attempts by enemies to disconnect the nation from its Prophet and instill animosity towards him and Islam.
Saeed al-Sanafi, Director of the Youth Office, spoke about how the Prophet’s birth illuminated the world with guidance and liberated humanity from subjugation to anyone but God.
Fadhl al-Barti from the Media Sector noted that the occasion serves as a reminder of Yemen's historical support for the Prophet, which is now being celebrated with significant enthusiasm.
