Beirut - Saba: Deputy Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Naim Qassem, confirmed on Monday, that the party possesses high capabilities to control, dominate, and manage the field according to the alternative plans set by the late Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, and that it has prepared itself for a long battle and open options.
According to the website of the Lebanese Al-Manar channel, Naim Qassem said: "The party's operations have continued at the same pace and more since the martyrdom of the party's Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, adding: "Our forces are ready for any ground incursion by the Zionist army and are ready for a ground engagement with it."
He pointed out that "the party's elements continued their work according to the alternative plans set by the late Secretary-General of the party, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, including individuals and alternative leaders," stressing that "everyone is present in the field."
He said that "despite the attacks on civilians and attempts at confusion, we will not budge an inch from our positions," adding that "the party will continue to support Gaza and Palestine."
