Lebanese Hezbollah has stated that the martyrdom of fighter leader Yahya al-Sinwar, along with other leaders and fighters from the resistance axis, will enhance the determination and resolve of the resistance in its quest to liberate Palestine and eradicate the "Zionist cancer."
In a statement released on Friday evening, Hezbollah announced the martyrdom of Yahya al-Sinwar, who led al-Aqsa Flood operation and served as the head of Hamas's political bureau. The statement emphasized that al-Sinwar ascended as a resisting fighter on the path to al-Quds, alongside martyr leader Mahmoud Hamdan.
Hezbollah described al-Sinwar as a proud and dignified resistance fighter, noting his long history of struggle, including being wounded and imprisoned for over 20 years.
The party highlighted his role in one of the most significant operations against the Israeli occupiers, asserting that he concluded his life with the highest honors of martyrdom, fighting valiantly against the occupation forces until his last breath.
