Amran - Saba:
A meeting held on Tuesday at the branch of the General Authority for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Families of Martyrs and Missing Persons in Amran province, headed by governor Dr. Faisal Juma'an, discussed the plan of projects that will be implemented by the Authority on the occasion of the annual anniversary of the martyr 1446 AH.
The meeting, which included the Director of the Authority's Branch in the province, Ibrahim al-Nono, and the directors of the Authority's offices in the districts, reviewed the preparations and arrangements that have been implemented to launch the activities of the occasion that will begin next Saturday, the required needs, and the mechanism for disbursing symbolic gifts to all families of martyrs.
The attendees discussed the procedures that were carried out during the field visit to update the data of the families of martyrs.
In the meeting, Governor Juma'an pointed out that the annual anniversary of the martyr is of great importance to express interest in the families, children and relatives of the martyrs, stressing the importance of concerted efforts to commemorate this anniversary, and good preparation for holding events and activities, in a way that embodies the greatness of the martyrs' sacrifices in defending the homeland.
He pointed out that loyalty to the blood of the martyrs is embodied through caring for their families and everyone's sense of their responsibilities in caring for them, and addressing their various needs.
He stressed the need for everyone to interact to commemorate this occasion, and to contribute effectively to raising awareness about the current challenges resulting from the American-Israeli escalation.
The governor urged everyone from official and community leaders and businessmen to cooperate with the branch of the Martyrs Care Authority in maintaining and planting the martyrs' gardens, and displaying pictures of the martyrs in the governorate center and directorates, noting the efforts of the Authority in this regard.
For his part, al-Nono reviewed the work plan of the Authority's offices and the mechanism for forming community and official committees and distributing tasks to prepare and organize the commemoration of the martyr.
He stressed the need to care for the families of martyrs, to unite efforts and for everyone to feel responsible in commemorating the annual anniversary of the martyr to instill the greatness of martyrdom in the souls of generations by introducing the sacrifices of the martyrs.
