The Palestinian Ministry of Health reiterated on Tuesday that the Zionist enemy continues its bombing and destruction of what remains of the health system in the Gaza Strip, noting that more than 1,000 doctors and nurses have been martyred as a result of the ongoing aggression for the 410th day on the stricken Strip.
The ministry said in a statement on Tuesday evening that the enemy deliberately targets medical staff, as it has executed more than 1,000 doctors and nurses so far, and continues to target the health system completely in all areas of the Strip, as it has destroyed dozens of hospitals and medical centers and put them completely out of service.
The ministry added that the Zionist enemy bombed Kamal Adwan Hospital in the north of the Strip during the past hours, and destroyed Abu Yousef al-Najjar Hospital in the city of Rafah, and yesterday targeted the Martyr Mohammed Yousef al-Najjar Hospital in the city in the south of the Strip.
The Ministry of Health called on the international community to stop the war of extermination against the Palestinian people, protect hospitals, secure medical staff, and work to re-operate and restore hospitals to save the humanitarian and health situation in the Strip.
