Hodeida - Saba:
Sam Al-Bashiri, Executive Director of the Metrology, Standards and Quality Control Authority, visited the Authority's branch in Hodeida province.
Al-Bashiri listened to an explanation of the workflow level, including control and inspection procedures, strengthening control over incoming goods and products from the branch director, Engineer Khalil Al-Joufi.
He praised the performance of the branch's staff in order to protect consumers from adulterated goods and products that do not conform to the requirements of approved standards.
Al-Joufi urged to accelerate and facilitate procedures to serve the parties to the commercial process and preserve the health and safety of the consumer in the first place. He stressed the need to adhere to the requirements included in the standard specifications and approved technical regulations.
