US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan revealed on Wednesday that President Joe Biden agreed with the Prime Minister of the Zionist enemy, Benjamin Netanyahu, on the need to make new efforts to reach a prisoner exchange deal and a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Sullivan said in a press statement: "There is a new opportunity and possibility now to push the ceasefire and the prisoners' agreement in Gaza forward."
He added that President Biden is now working through the involvement of his envoys with Turkey, Qatar, Egypt and other active parties in the region, to revive efforts to reach a deal in Gaza.
Sullivan explained "We are now focusing our attention on trying to reach a ceasefire in Gaza."
He continued "This is the beginning of an opportunity for a more stable Middle East where the security of Israel and the interests of America are guaranteed, and we succeeded in achieving the agreement without the United States being dragged into a war in the Middle East."
