The Supreme Authority for Tenders and Auctions Control called on Wednesday all agencies subject to the provisions of the Tenders, Auctions and Government Stores Law and its executive regulations to reconstitute tender committees in accordance with the law.
The Authority stressed in a circular addressed to all ministers, governors and heads of government agencies covered by the law, the need to provide it with decisions to form tender committees within a period not exceeding fifteen days, noting that it will conduct field visits to ensure the implementation of this circular.
