Sana'a (Saba) - The Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development mourned the Deputy Governor of Al Bayda, Hussein Al Rasas Hussein, who passed away at the age of 75, after a life full of national giving and community service.

In the obituary statement, the ministry praised the virtues of the deceased and his sincerity and dedication to all work.
