Dhale' - Saba:
The first level of the teaching skills course program "The Rasalist Teacher and Student" was launched on Saturday in Damt district in Al-Dhale' province, within the framework of the National Trainer Project.
The 13-day program, organized by the Training and Qualification Sector of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, the Mobilization and Education Sector in the province and Qutaiba Educational Complex in Damt district, aims to develop participants' skills in the religious, cultural, jihadist and skill fields.
At the inauguration, Acting Governor Abdullatif Al-Shaghdari emphasized the importance of the role of teachers and students alike in shaping changes with useful knowledge and insight.
Al-Shaghdari also stressed the importance of diagnosing the reality and assessing the kinks and relying on sources of science that address the causes of weakness, including instilling confidence in teachers and greater readiness to face educational challenges.
He stressed the need for the program to contribute to raising the quality of education by enhancing the skills of teachers, updating their knowledge of the most important educational methods, techniques, and making students more involved in the educational process.
