The organization "Democracy for the Arab World Now" (DOWN) filed a lawsuit against the US State Department, accusing it of violating the "Leahy" Law by providing support to the Zionist enemy at a time when it is committing what it described as genocide in the Gaza Strip.
The US-based human rights organization explained in a statement issued last night that a group of Palestinians and Americans of Palestinian origin, supported by "DOWN", filed a lawsuit against the US State Department for its failure to respect the "Leahy" Law.
