Gaza-Saba:
The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced on Monday that its mujahideen managed in a complex security operation to stab and kill three Zionist soldiers who were on a mission to protect a building where a Zionist force barricaded itself in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam said, in a military statement, that its fighters then stormed the house and attacked all members of the Zionist force from zero distance and seized their weapons.
The Qassam statement indicated that its fighters had taken out several Palestinian citizens who had been detained by the enemy army inside the targeted house.
In the central Gaza Strip, the Qassam Brigades targeted a Reboot troop carrier and a Merkvah tank with Al-Yassin 105 shells and shot down a Quad Copter drone in the area of the new camp north of Nuseirat camp.
Al-Qassam noted that it also destroyed a second Zionist tank of the type "Merkvah" in the same area with a self-explosive ground device.
It added: "The Qassam Mujahideen were able to target a Zionist force that was holed up inside a house with an anti-personnel missile near the "Al-Tawam" junction north of Gaza City."
For its part, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, said it shelled with regular "60-caliber" mortar shells gatherings of enemy soldiers and vehicles penetrating the Mabhouh site, east of the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
Recent days have witnessed a remarkable shift in the approach of the resistance, which now carries out the majority of its operations from a distance of zero, and the communications announced by the resistance successively indicate the introduction of new weapons in the battle of confrontation, such as knives and martyrdom operations, in addition to clashes, booby-trapping houses, and vehicles and shooting down drones.
