The Yemeni Media Union (YMU) condemned the Zionist enemy's assassination of five journalists from the Al-Quds Al-Youm satellite channel in Nuseirat in Gaza Strip this morning.
The union explained in a statement - received by the Yemeni News Agency (SPA) - that the enemy deliberately carried out its crime, as it directly bombed the channel's broadcast car, while carrying the press signal, which led to the martyrdom of all the journalists who were on board while performing their media work, namely: Reporter Faisal Abu al-Qumsan, cameraman Ayman al-Jadi, Ibrahim al-Sheikh Ali, Mohammed al-Ladaa, and Fadi Hassouna.
The statement denounced the continued silence of international press and human rights organizations on the Israeli entity's crimes against Palestinian journalists, with the number of martyrs reaching 201 journalists expressing condolences to the martyrs' families.
The union called on the free media to redouble their efforts to expose the crimes of this entity against the Palestinian people , its mujahideen, and to support Palestinian journalists until victory. At the same time, he praised the performance of the Yemeni media in favor of the truth in reporting the suffering of the Palestinians in the occupied territories.
