The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araqchi, announced on the second day of his visit to Beijing that 2025 will be an important year for the Iranian nuclear file.

Mehr News Agency reported today that Araqchi said on the second day of his visit to Beijing during press statements: "Bilateral issues include a wide range of issues."

The foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: "2025 will be an important year for the Iranian nuclear issue."

He continued: "In the field of regional and international issues, as well as the issue of terrorism, which is a serious issue, and about Afghanistan, Syria, Gaza, and Lebanon, good discussions and consultations took place."

Araqchi explained: "The proposals made by the Islamic Republic of Iran in various fields of cooperation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization were reviewed."
