Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expects cold to very cold weather in a number of governorates during the next 24 hours.
The center reported in its weather bulletin that it expects cold weather during the day and very cold weather during the night and early morning hours in the governorates of Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Sana'a, Amran and Saada.
The weather is expected to be cold in the governorates of Hajjah, Al-Mahwit and the highlands of the governorates of Ibb, Taiz, Al-Dhale'e, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout, western Al-Jawf and southwest Marib.
The center indicated that the lowest temperatures recorded in some meteorological monitoring stations this morning reached 2 in Dhamar, 2.7 in Al-Bayda, 3 in Sana'a, and 3.4 in Amran.
It warned citizens in the mountainous highlands of cold to very cold weather during the night and early morning hours.
The center called on farmers to take the necessary precautions to protect crops in the aforementioned governorates from the extremely cold weather.
