Palestinian resistance fighters confronted the Israeli enemy forces storming the city of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank early Sunday morning.
According to what was reported by the Palestinian Information Center, resistance fighters carried out shooting operations targeting the occupation forces during their storming of the Old City and Rafidia neighborhood in Nablus.
Local sources reported that the enemy forces stormed the city from the Al-Murabba'a military checkpoint, and raided Sheikh Muslim neighborhood and the vicinity of Hosh Al-Jitan inside the Old City of Nablus.
The enemy forces were stationed in the eastern market area and Palestine Street, while they raided a residential building for the Qazaour family in the Rafidia neighborhood west of Nablus.
The enemy forces removed the picture of the three martyrs (Al-Shishani, Al-Dakhil, and Al-Mabslat) near the communications building in the Rafidia neighborhood.
Resistance operations continued in the occupied West Bank during the past 24 hours, as part of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle, and 13 resistance operations took place against occupation soldiers and settlers.
The Palestine Information Center "Ma'ti" indicated that the resistance operations included shooting and armed clashes, detonating explosive devices, damaging a military vehicle, and confronting settler attacks.
The center pointed out that the resistance operations also included the outbreak of confrontations and throwing stones at nine different points in the West Bank.
