London - Saba:
Study conducted by King's College in London revealed that eating cranberries has a significant impact on the health of the body's circulatory system, and that these fruits have more benefits than previously thought.
According to the recently published study, it was found that eating 100g of them over the course of a month significantly improves blood vessel health and enhances blood flow in the arteries.
The study was conducted on 45 healthy men, divided into two sections: one of them was given daily nutritional supplements containing cranberry powder, and the second section did not receive these supplements.
As a result, scientists found that people who received cranberry powder for a month had significantly improved blood vessel function and improved blood flow in the vessels, and also improved the ability of the blood vessel walls to expand with increased blood flow.
Many medical studies also indicate that cranberries have many health benefits, as they contain antioxidants that fight inflammation and improve heart function, as well as vitamins necessary to boost immunity.
