Since Wednesday evening, the Zionist enemy forces have continued their military aggression and invasion of the city and camps of Tulkarm, north of the occupied West Bank, coinciding with the bulldozing of facilities and streets and the bombing of citizens' homes.
Local sources said the enemy forces blew up the house of the family of prisoner Mahmoud Sleit "Abu Hanoud" in Tulkarm refugee camp; he is one of the perpetrators of the double operation in Beit Lid and Bal'a last November 2024.
Last night, the enemy forces reinforced their military presence inside and around Tulkarm camp, with several military vehicles; before storming Nour Shams refugee camp, east of the city, coinciding with the power cut to the camp.
Local sources reported that the sounds of continuous gunfire and explosions are heard in various parts of Nour Shams camp, coinciding with the continued storming, besieging and bulldozing of its infrastructure.
The sources noted that the enemy forces closed the main street adjacent to Nour Shams camp and prevented Palestinian vehicles from moving through it.
In Tulkarm camp, a Palestinian woman was injured after the enemy army assaulted her in Al-Ghanem neighborhood.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its medical teams transferred the injured woman to the government hospital of the martyr "Thabet Thabet" to receive treatment.
The head of the Popular Committee for Services in Tulkarm Camp, Faisal Salama, explained that the camp is being subjected to an unprecedented barbaric and savage aggression, and the destruction of the infrastructure of water, sewage, electricity, communications, streets, residential homes and shops.
Salama noted in press statements that the enemy forces forced residents to evacuate their homes in the cold weather, imposed a military siege on the camp and prevented ambulances and civil defense vehicles from entering.
