Sana'a (Saba) - Speaker of the House of Representatives Yahya Ali Al-Rahi sent a congratulatory telegram to the Speaker of the Lebanese House of Representatives Nabih Berri, on the success of the House in electing General Joseph Aoun as President of the Lebanese Republic.

In the congratulatory telegram, Al-Rahi considered the successful election of a president for Lebanon a democratic achievement that would end the presidential vacuum.
