Sana'a-Saba:
A meeting in Sana'a, chaired by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah, discussed the level of completion of judicial rulings in terms of writing, printing, and archiving them electronically, in preparation for their implementation or referral to prosecutions.
The meeting, in the presence of officials of the courts and documentation sectors, reviewed the tasks and priorities achieved, where the minister stressed the importance of activating the control and investigation departments, developing information centers in courts to facilitate litigation procedures, and enhancing the implementation of judicial rulings.
The minister also directed responsible handling of citizens' issues, stressing the need to achieve qualitative transformations in judicial work to meet the needs of citizens and the aspirations of the leadership.
In addition, the minister was briefed on the progress of work in real estate documentation offices in Sana'a, and the level of introducing electronic systems in documentation work, stressing the need to develop the real estate registry in kind to reduce real estate disputes and promote development and investment.
