Deputy Speaker of Shura Council Mohammed Hassan al-Durrah met on Tuesday with Australian thinker Professor Tim Anderson, a prominent activist in support of the Yemeni and Palestinian causes.

In the meeting, al-Durrah and Anderson discussed Yemen's stance in supporting the Palestinian people and condemned the ongoing aggression against Gaza.

The Deputy Speaker praised Professor Anderson's efforts in exposing the injustices faced by the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples and in advocating for their rights.

Professor Anderson expressed his solidarity with the Yemeni people and his commitment to continue advocating for their just cause on the international stage.

The meeting concluded with the Shura Council honoring Professor Anderson for his contributions to the struggle for justice and freedom for oppressed peoples.
