Raymah - SABA:
A first aid and basic CPR training course for 50 inmates at the Central Prison in Raymah concluded today. The course was organized by the Health and Environment Office and lasted one week.
The training aimed to equip participants with essential first aid and CPR skills, enhancing their ability to respond to emergencies.
During the closing ceremony, Deputy Governor Hafedh Al-Wahadi emphasized the importance of such health and rehabilitation programs for prisoners and the broader community. He urged participants to apply their newly acquired skills in real-life situations** and praised the Health and Environment Office for its efforts.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mohsen Al-Azizi from the Health Sector and Lt. Hilal Al-Bakali from the Prison Administration highlighted the significance of training inmates in first aid, especially given the current circumstances.
