On Tuesday, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned of a resumption of hostilities in the Gaza Strip, fearing a massive tragedy in the Gaza Strip in the event of a resumption of fighting.

In a statement, Guterres stressed the need to comply fully with the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resume serious negotiations, citing the major risks of re-targeting civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The United Nations Secretary-General's remarks stem from fears that the Zionist enemy will resume its aggression against the Gaza Strip after the Palestinian resistance objected to ongoing Zionist breaches of the terms of the ceasefire agreement.
